...As Ezekiel Declares No Peace for Dennis Otuaro Until Ex-Agitators Benefit Directly from the Increased Budget

A Niger Delta activist has launched an attack on the leadership of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, alleging that over 96 billion naira meant for ex-agitators has been mismanaged over the last ten months following a major budget increase by President Bola Tinubu.

In a public statement, Apostle Comrade Daniel Ezekiel claimed responsibility for recent punitive measures against key figures in the region while demanding immediate accountability and transparency for the Ijaw (Izon) nation.

According to calculations made by Ezekiel and his team, President Tinubu raised the monthly allocation for the Amnesty Office from 65 billion naira to 115 billion naira ten months ago.

This increase was specifically intended to boost the stipends and overall welfare of the beneficiaries who made the peace agreement possible. However, Ezekiel claims that total funding handed over to the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Dennis Otuaro, now totals 96 billion naira over this ten-month period, with little to show for it on the ground.

"The beneficiaries who made Mr. President do the needful are not feeling the impact," Ezekiel stated. "96 billion naira has been given for the welfare of these boys, not to fund worthless, endless juju festivals or the Hollywood lifestyle of Oporoza house members."

Ezekiel openly declared himself responsible for securing the cancellation of the American visa for Kestin Pondi.

He vowed to ensure that other influential members of what he termed the "oppressive and diabolical Oporoza house" face similar sanctions alongside their families.

He argued that the action was designed to prove a point: that despite bragging about their vast financial resources, money cannot buy immunity from accountability.

The activist also leveled heavy criticism against Ekomieyefa Uduboh (popularly known as KFT), describing him as a brutal person overseeing Tompolo internal enforcement 

Ezekiel highlighted what he views as deep hypocrisy within the regional political dynamic. He noted that someone like Uduboh, along with others such as Johnny and Ayiri, were once aligned with security forces hunting Government Ekpemupolo (Tompolo) during former President Muhammadu Buhari's administration, an ordeal that ultimately led to the death of Tompolo's father.

Today, Ezekiel pointed out, those former adversaries have been absorbed into lucrative security roles, boasting that they can bribe their way through any obstacle using vast sums of naira and US dollars.

Reflecting on his 28-year history as a regional activist, Ezekiel attributed his standing not to personal power, but to a divine commitment to justice that keeps him winning battles.

Warning that Otuaro's lack of empathy mirrors that of the biblical Pharaoh, Ezekiel promised that the pressure would not cease until the funds reach the actual beneficiaries.

"There is an adage that says a baby who says his mother will not sleep will not sleep either," Ezekiel warned. "Dennis Otuaro will not have peace until he does the needful."
