Apostle Ezekiel Daniel Urges Egbema Kingdom to Reject Ebipade Kari

...As He Accused Tompolo Of Involvement In Human Rights Abuses, Including Alleged Human Trafficking, Abductions, Forced Labour And Extrajudicial Killings.

Apostle Ezekiel Daniel has called on the people of Egbema Kingdom to reject former Chief Security Officer Ebipade Kari and choose leaders who will truly represent their interests ahead of the 2027 elections.

Daniel said Egbema is at an important turning point and that voters must carefully choose credible leaders. He accused Kari of having a troubling past and questioned his suitability to return to public leadership.

According to Daniel, several Egbema youths lost their lives while taking part in dangerous activities allegedly connected to High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo.

Daniel pointed to Kari’s former position as Tompolo’s chief security operative, alleging that he played a major role in encouraging young people to take part in risky operations.

He therefore urged Egbema people to remember the past and reject Kari as the 2027 political season approaches.

Daniel also appealed to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, making serious allegations against Tompolo.

He accused Tompolo of involvement in human rights abuses, including alleged human trafficking, abductions, forced labour and extrajudicial killings.

Daniel further claimed that these alleged abuses contributed to international pressure on Nigeria, including a 12.5 percent tariff on Nigerian exports under the Trump administration.

Daniel also raised concerns over the alleged detention of Charles Kurobo and Balamene Karowei.

He alleged that Bodamas Kemepadei abducted the two men and took them to Oporoza, the traditional headquarters of Gbaramatu Kingdom, where he claimed they have been held in an unauthorized detention facility since 2024.

Daniel called on Kemepadei to explain the whereabouts of the two men and ensure their safe release, saying their families have suffered years of uncertainty and distress.

In his closing remarks, Apostle Daniel said he does not believe Ebipade Kari has the character, moral standing or vision required to lead the people of Egbema.

He urged voters to reject leaders who, in his view, are connected to past exploitation and instead support candidates who can provide credible, accountable and people-focused leadership.

Daniel’s message was clear: the 2027 election, he said, should be a moment for Egbema to choose a new direction and protect the future of its people.
