This is Ugborikoko (NNPC) Staff Club in the popular Bendel Estate, Warri, bought completely by Matthew Tola and Tompolo. Mark Guwor who’s the younger brother to the Delta State House of Assembly Speaker is the one in charge of the property. He manages all properties for Tompolo.
This is where it gets messy.
90% of Bendel Estate has been completely bought by all of them. Dennis Otuaro is there. The Pondis are there. Speaker Guwor is there. They have a part already in the estate known as "Ijaw Quarters" and want to add more to it and no one dares open their mouth. Not one person. Because the money is so obscene, so suffocating, that when they knock on your neighbour's door with an offer, your neighbour sells before sunset.
They are the new landlords. They are your new colonial masters. And they came using your own money.including the Speaker Guwor, Dennis Otuaro and all the Pondis.
The N2.1 trillion pipeline surveillance money is so huge that they offer money that can’t be resisted by owners of properties there to sell to them. They are currently the new colonial masters in NNPC staff club housing estate and Bendel Estate.
They are about to buy the remaining buildings in Bendel Estate but DDPA who originally owns the estate and gave it to NNPC stopped them.
If this do not scare you simply because you are a N100k to N3.5 million monthly paid fool, you will all regret it in years to come when they finally claim Warri as their ancestral land since they used your collective pipeline surveillance money to buy all your properties.
You want to know what is scary again?
They have bought a place in the estate where they intend to build a palace to have a King in Warri. Yes, you heard me right. Just as Itsekiri and Urhobos have Kings in Warri, they are also set to erect a magnificent palace to impose a King on the land and you can’t stop them.
This is not F.O being paranoia. This is a blueprint. Territory follows property. Property follows money. And the money? It came from guarding pipelines that belong to all of us.
The only way to stop this economic invasion now is to make sure that the pipeline surveillance is decentralized so that everyone and every tribe gets rich enough to fight the battle ahead and stop selling their properties to the new slave traders from Gbaramatu.
As I type, they have told those selling goods in the estate to only sell what they from Tantita and Maton approve for them to sell else they will close their shops.
This is not a landlord and tenant relationship. This is feudalism if you remember your government study. And it is happening in 2026, in Warri, funded by OUR surveillance contract
Go to Bendel Estate and NNPC staff quarters and see how the Gbaramatu boys and girls verbally abuse other tribes. They tell them “Urhobo na person?”. This is how low they now see other tribes. You can fact check me on this.
This is the monopoly danger of putting the region’s wealth in the hands of one family that Arise TV complained about. Yet some warrant chiefs and fools who still grow old will be alive and support the systematic take over of their tribe because they are old and may not be alive to see the danger we as young ones will face in years to come.
They have also bought the Ugborikoko market claiming they want to rebuild it for the people. Bloody liars.
Tantita and Maton are menace to the Niger Delta region and cannot be allowed to solely control the pipeline anymore. Let others have it and make them sub contractors too or is it only other tribes fit for sub contractors?
Monopoly over resource wealth is the first chapter of every colonisation story ever written, and we have read this book before. We burned it. We bled to burn it. And now some among us are helping reprint it with new names on the cover.
Protect your honor now as other Ijaw in Rivers, Bayelsa, Ilaje, Opobo, Ogoni, Ikwerre, Edo, Akwa Ibomites, Cross River, Ohaji-Egbema, Isokos, Ndokwas before Tantita and Maton take over your land and turn your people to their slaves with money made from guarding your pipelines.
We fought colonial masters only to have new colonial masters from Gbaramatu and the question we will ask them like Rufai Oseni is, will anybody die if they.
The Niger Delta going back to crisis if the pipeline surveillance is not decentralized is a more honourable fate than watching your homeland auctioned plot by plot to new masters who use your money to build palaces over your silence and stupidity. This stupidity we will cure.
If the wealth won't flow round, then let it not flow at all.
Guard your pipeline and I guard my own.
